Synchronizing Orders
Shipink is capable of synchronizing orders from different sales channels, such as Wix, WooCommerce, and Shopify. By synchronizing orders in this way, you can conveniently manage the shipment processes for all of your orders through the Shipink dashboard. This allows for streamlined order fulfillment, as all necessary information can be accessed and managed in one place. Additionally, any changes you make to your orders through the Shipink dashboard will be automatically reflected on your sales channel account, ensuring that your order information is consistent across all platforms. This streamlined process can help to simplify order management and increase efficiency for e-commerce businesses
Synchronizing From Wix
To synchronize your orders from Wix, you first need to install the Wix Shipink plugin. To do so, log in to the Wix account that you want to use with Shipink and visit https://tr.wix.com/app-market/shipink. Then, click the "Install" button. It will prompt you to grant permissions, so click the "Agree & Add" button. If you are currently logged in to Shipink, you will be redirected to the sales channel pages which show all of your currently added sales channel accounts. Your Wix account should be listed here too. If you are not logged in, click the "Login" button and enter your Shipink credentials. You will then be redirected to the sales channels page. If you are not a Shipink user, click the "Register" button, enter your information, and click "Sign up."
To synchronize your Wix orders, navigate to the orders page and click on the "Sync Orders" button. This action will import your paid orders that have not yet been fulfilled to the Shipink dashboard. After a few seconds, you should be able to view your orders in your dashboard. From there, you can manage the shipment processes for those orders.You can also filter your orders by their sales channel by using the filter located on the upper left side of the data grid.

Required Permissions
The "Manage Orders" permission is required to retrieve your orders and enable you to manage them from the Shipink dashboard.
"Read Products" permission is required to display product information related to your orders.
"Read Basic Site and Business Info" permission is necessary to obtain information about your Wix Store, such as the site display name, site URL, and currency.
